Breast Augmentation Prices

My mother has breast implants for many years and she said she has done in college, and was cheaper. She said students had a regular doctor and was very safe. I have really wanted to do and thought it would be a good way to go about doing it. After all, mom is very picky about our medical treatment and now even suggested it. If not, what are my other options to do this at a reduced price? If nothing else, how much?
